Open Gym and Equipment

Click on an image for a larger view. We have a wide range of equipment available to meet your strength and cardio needs.

TRX straps, dumbbells, ellipticals, recumbent bikes, airdyn bikes, treadmills, stationary bikes, benches, and multiple machines covering multiple muscles – chest, abs, legs, and back. Also have a cable rack and smith machine.

The open space is used for classes, or for doing your own thing when there are no classes going on. *NEW* this open space also serves as our pickle ball court! Updated pictures coming soon!

If you want to do your own thing at a time when it’s quieter, check our busy times.

We may be a smaller gym, but we are still used regularly by many!
Kindness, courtesy, and respect for others go a long way in making our gym a great place for everyone. Please follow these rules so that all who use our gym can get the best of themselves out of it! Thank you for helping make this a great workout for everyone.

Focus on yourself and your workout – you are here for a better you!
Do not stare, take photos, or disturb others.
Respect other people’s personal space, the equipment they are using, and their time. We are all here to find a better, healthier, and happier ME!
If someone is using a piece of equipment that you want to use, figure out an alternative exercise with something that is available. If that isn’t an option – wait until you have the persons attention and then ask when they will be done with it.
Respect the equipment. DO NOT let weights drop! (Cameras are in use) Eventually it takes its toll on the equipment and may need to be repaired or replaced – meaning it could be unavailable for all who use it until it’s fixed.
Clean the equipment after you are done with it. It takes only a few minutes! We have disinfectant wipes and spray bottles available.
Put things back where they belong. It is not fair to others if they have to clean up after someone else before they can set up for themselves.
