Classes

Participating in group fitness classes is proven to keep participants regular with their workouts. Having a community of fitness friends is healthy. All of our classes can be adjusted for fitness level, meaning all levels of fitness are welcome! Below is the class schedules and descriptions. If you are interested in trying a class, please contact us!

Our class cancellation policy: Should the need arise, our instructors are responsible for notifying their classes of any cancellations or changes. They may use whatever contact method that works for their clients, including text or Facebook Messenger, for their notifications.

5 AM – Functional Fitness
When: Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday

Class Description: “Train your body for everyday activities! Examples of popular functional fitness classes are CrossFit and Orange Theory but that’s not what this is. This class incorporates things that “make sense” with everyday movements, even if while we’re doing it you might not think it makes sense. The classes generally run for 45-55 minutes and take on different forms: AMRAPS, EMOMS, For Time, Chippers, Circuits and the occasional Tabata. Upper body, lower body, cardio and core are all incorporated, weekly, if not every class period. Things we do: lift weights, use exercise bands and mini bands, body weight exercises; utilize cardio equipment, circuit train and so much more. Anyone can do these workouts, and if you can’t do a specific movement the instructor will give you an alternative. ”  

6 AM – Interval Training / Cross Training
When: Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday

Class Description: Get a jumpstart on your day! Starting the day with exercise is a good way to make sure you get it done without any nighttime distractions. This class uses short increments of a variety of exercises to keep you from getting bored while getting a great workout!

4:30 PM – No classes
4:30 PM: Monday – Thursday

Class Description: Sorry – unfortunately, this class is not meeting at the moment. Be sure to check back on occasion, as we hope to do something again soon!

8 AM – Everyday Fitness
When: Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday

Class Description: This class incorporates a full body workout with strength and cardio for a diverse age group. We focus on exercises to keep you strong and help you perform everyday life tasks. You will improve your bone, joint and heart health. All levels of fitness are encouraged as modifications are available.

9 AM & 8:30 AM – Golden Fitness
When:
9 AM: Monday, Wednesday, and
Friday
8:30 AM: Tuesday and Thursday

Class Description: Golden Fitness is open to anyone, but we focus on the 60+ age group. We provide social interaction and fun while providing a complete workout. Balance, posture, flexibility, muscle strength and heart strength are the core of the class. Each class is different by design.

5:30 PM – Pound
When: Monday and Wednesday

Class Description: An exercise class with rock-star flair! The class consists of drumming, cardio and strength training. Throw in some yoga and Pilates, and it becomes a jam session that rocks the body and mind!

5:30 PM – Active Yoga
When: Tuesday

Class Description: Traditional yoga with an emphasis on the active part! Broken up into standing and seated poses and finished off with 5 minutes of relaxation and breathing.

5:30 PM – Step
When: Thursday

Class Description: Low- impact cardio workout that uses a raised platform “step” to get your body moving and your heart pounding while moving to the music! Music theme changes each month!
